The Lady Spartans traveled to North Woods to take on the Grizzlies in their opening game. The game was close from the tip and the Spartans entered the half trailing 25 to 29. The Spartans eventually fell 41 to 47 to drop their opening game to the host Grizzlies. The Spartans will be back on the road this Saturday to take on the Hill-City/Northland Storm.
